    Speaking from a service providers standpoint; this is the absolute worst aftermarket warranty company to deal with. They limit the amount of labor paid and make the customer pay the remainder. This company will find any loop hole possible to not pay an invoice. They will agree to pay one price, then short pay the invoice with no notice given to the service provider. The guy Jerry in the payment department is totally unprofessional. He was unable to resolve a dispute. I asked to speak with his supervisor because I was getting absolutely NO WHERE. He said his supervisor was the owner and would not speak to me. He acted like a total douche on the phone. We file these claims as a courtesy to our customers. . . NOT ANY MORE. I will discourage EVERYONE to stay away from this warranty company. Choose a different company!!!!!

  • Being the widow of a mechanic, I was terribly worried about how I was going to handle things that could arise that were normally things that he would always take care of such as home repairs, car repairs, etc. I always thought he would be there to handle these things. I felt it was time to purchase a new vehicle so I wouldn’t have to stress about my car breaking down and not having him to rely on. I purchased a Town & Country from a dealer in Plano, Illinois. I also purchased a Compass vehicle service agreement that would step in when the manufacturer’s warranty expired. Best decision I think I’ve made . . . . . I called American Guardian with some questions about the roadside service and spoke to the most helpful Customer Service Representative I think I’ve ever spoken to. She gave me her name and extension and told me I could contact her any time for assistance. It has given me a sense of security and so I’ve made the decision to keep commuting to work.
