    I called to get a payoff on the car and it took like 45 min for someone to pick up the phone 1st and after that I had to talk to lady name Shay and she said without the member numbers or any other thing she ask they won't give you nothing then I ask for manager and he was worst then her big attitude and they talk to you like they are Chase or Bank of America I've worked for over 18 years as a financial advisor and I've never seen this lol You can't even pay them God lord if you ask them for money you need to give them a kidney Good Job Shay and Jarred or whatever his name was and his work ID was N D

    I was waiting for more than 10 minuets to make a drive through deposit without any one waiting at drive through and inside of bank. This is a terrible service which I never encountered at Chicago and Westmont branches. I gave it one star because there is no zero star options.

    Nik and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful! My fiance and I just bought our first home together. Nik explained all the insurance options, answered our questions, gave recommendations, and our total even came out under what had budgeted. Nik also worked directly with our mortgage broker making the entire process extremely easy. He was also able to combine that with our car insurance and saved us even more money. I would highly recommend Nik and his staff!

    Speaking from a service providers standpoint; this is the absolute worst aftermarket warranty company to deal with. They limit the amount of labor paid and make the customer pay the remainder. This company will find any loop hole possible to not pay an invoice. They will agree to pay one price, then short pay the invoice with no notice given to the service provider. The guy Jerry in the payment department is totally unprofessional. He was unable to resolve a dispute. I asked to speak with his supervisor because I was getting absolutely NO WHERE. He said his supervisor was the owner and would not speak to me. He acted like a total douche on the phone. We file these claims as a courtesy to our customers. . . NOT ANY MORE. I will discourage EVERYONE to stay away from this warranty company. Choose a different company!!!!!
