  I called to get a payoff on the car and it took like 45 min for someone to pick up the phone 1st and after that I had to talk to lady name Shay and she said without the member numbers or any other thing she ask they won't give you nothing then I ask for manager and he was worst then her big attitude and they talk to you like they are Chase or Bank of America I've worked for over 18 years as a financial advisor and I've never seen this lol You can't even pay them God lord if you ask them for money you need to give them a kidney Good Job Shay and Jarred or whatever his name was and his work ID was N D
